With this in mind, DVC has assembled teams of installation professionals who will bring their vast experience to bear on your project. We can install a variety of systems – such as Shaftwall, Gypliner and Independent – with professional expertise.

Why Drylining?
Drylining is often used for fire compartments. It offers a multitude of benefits over traditional blockwork and plaster; here are just a few:
  • It’s lightweight
  • There are no wet trades on site – which means less mess
  • There are a range of stud options to match performance requirements
  • An acoustic stud option gives enhanced acoustic performance
  • It provides 30 – 120 minutes fire resistance to BS and EN standards
  • It gives high levels of sound insulation (up to Rw61 dB)
  • It allows for the accommodation of services within the stud cavity
  • We can allow for deflection at the head
  • The metal support framework will not twist, warp or rot.
