We have developed and refined our manufacturing processes to ensure our columns are produced to the highest levels of quality and consistency. Our moulds are produced using the latest CAD/CAM technology and are built to exacting tolerances using CNC machinery.

Design & Visual Concepts have also developed fast and efficient installation methods that not only control accuracy and alignment, but also ensure that all joints achieve the required monolithic finish. 

Our GRG column casings are used to hide unattractive building elements within sleek, modern looking forms and can incorporate integrated skirting and head details where required.

Design & Visual Concepts can design bespoke columns to suit your purpose; curves, angles and complex shapes are all within our capability. We have, for example, incorporated perforated aluminium sections to turn our casings into air displacement terminals, delivering warm or chilled air to customer-height in House of Fraser stores. Our GRG casings are also ‘class O’ fire rated, therefore entirely non-combustible.
