Jesmonite AC630 – new product launched

Posted on 25th August 2020

There is a new product now available from Jesmonite called AC630. It fits in to the Acrylic Modified Cementitous Composites (PGRC) range of materials, so is closer to the properties of AC730 than AC100 which is an Acrylic Modified Gypsum Composite.

Jesmonite AC630 is designed for a range of decorative applications that require greater stability, overall strength, and longevity in extreme conditions. We expect to see uses for AC630 in producing architectural elements such as decorative tiles and flat panels, lighting elements and even water features.

Product benefits of AC630:

  • Low shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability
  • Solvent free & no VOCs
  • Ultimate strength when glass reinforced
  • Fire resistant
  • Lightweight

The Jesmonite AC630 base colour is Natural Stone but it can be custom matched to a wide range of bespoke colours. It also achieves a non-combustible A2-s1-d0 EN13501-1 fire classification.

Click through to our Jesmonite mouldings page to download the AC630 technical data sheet or our Explore Jesmonite brochure which showcases some of our design projects.

Further details, including a product leaflet and user guide are available from the Jesmonite website.
